Kevin brings to MySAS his design and experience with the SDA built form. Kevin started his professional career working with Brisbane Certification Group and Philip Chun and Associates as a building surveyor. During this time, Kevin was responsible for the approval management process of residential and large commercial developments.
Kevin is employed as the National Property Development Manager of MySAS.
Kevin then took a position with Lend Lease where he was responsible for covenant management across Queensland for Delfin estates. He was also part of the judging panel to assess and award outstanding achievements in design and construction.
More recently, Kevin was a national design and estimating manager for a global modular construction company, and was the director of his own design and construction company.
Kevin has spent the last 3 years designing, project managing and building quality SDA homes across South East Queensland and NSW through his own company and consulting to others. Kevin has helped deliver group homes, apartments and townhouses/villas to all four SDA design categories. He has a personal interest in delivering quality outcomes with his daughter having special needs.
